Her work has been the recipient of major international awards, including the First Prize at the 1st Print Triennial, Thessaloniki, Greece, 2008; First Prize in Graphic Art, Municipality Serra San Quirico, Italy, 1980; First Printmaking Prize, House of Arts and Letters, Athens, Greece, 1985; The Award of the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Belgrade, at the 5th Belgrade Print Biennial, Serbia, 1998; Awarded at the 18th Alexandria Biennial, in Egypt, 1994 (National participation of Greece); Artitudes Award, New York Fine Art Competition, N.Y. USA 1989. Her work has been awarded fifteen international distinctions.
